Tubing Thermal Forming Machine
(Model TTFM – 01)
SaberMD’s Tubing Thermal Forming Machine (TTFM) was developed to thermally form the ends of polymer medical tubing. The Tubing Thermal Forming Machine is incredibly easy to operate, using a (PID) temperature controller with auto tuning and a programmable logic controller (PLC), with foot and button activation, for cooling after formation. The ease of use of SaberMD’s TTFM is sure to increase efficiency and productivity. Some of the benefits of SaberMD’s tubing thermal forming machine include: A wide temperature range up to 700 Degrees Fahrenheit, 2 manual operated air cooling ports, 3 tip forming ports, custom colors, custom dies and mandrels to customer specifications, individual air cooling rings with air flow valves, rugged design using anodized aluminum and stainless steel hardware, simplified set-up that is repeatable and easy to document, space saving design which requires only one square foot of space and a versatility allowing for various production design applications.The Tubing Thermal Forming Machine (TTFM) was developed to thermally form the ends of polymer medical tubing. The TTFM is easy to set-up using the PID temperature controller and the PLC timer for cooling after formation.
