Tubing Grinding Machine
(Model TGM - 01)
The Tubing Tip Grinding Machine (TGM) was developed to grind tapers and steps into polymeric medical tubing. The TGM is fully adjustable for ease of set-up and consistent quality and reliability. Some of the TGM’s key features include variable speed control up to 5100 RPMs, 360 degree swivel plates and a movable base plate. In addition, the tubing grinding machine has a rugged design, using anodized aluminum and stainless steel hardware. Tubing grinding machines manufactured by SaberMD also offer: A fully compatible 3 or 4 inch wheel in addition to custom wheels and hubs, X-Y slides with adjustable 2 inch travel, +/- 45 degree compound angle adjustment, adjustable air nozzle with shut-off valves, safety guard with vacuum port, a bench top shop vacuum, optional drill chucks, versatility allowing for product development and a space saving design that only requires 2 feet of shop space.The Tubing Tip Grinding Machine (TGM) was developed to grind tapers and steps into polymeric medical tubing.
